She was so friendly and warm when we met, and her knowledge and professionalism was direct and very calming for the big step we were taking in our lives!! Our ceremony was heartfelt, funny and romantic, and suited both of our personalities. Kez was realistic but reassuring about any problems we may come up against, and had plans for those occasions. I honestly can’t express how much I appreciate her work through our whole experience!!!”
